1. What the service is

AIO Downloader provides tools that take a link to a publicly accessible social media post and help you obtain a copy of the media in it. The service is provided free of charge, with no account, and with no guarantee of availability.

2. Your responsibilities

This is the part that matters. You agree that you will:

• Only download content you created, content you own, or content you have explicit permission or a licence to download.
• Not use downloaded content in a way that infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy rights or any other right belonging to somebody else.
• Not use the service to harass, impersonate or expose anyone, or to collect material about a person without their knowledge.
• Comply with the terms of service of the platform the content came from.
• Not attempt to access private, restricted or deleted content through this site.

Content posted publicly is not content placed in the public domain. The person who made it almost always still owns it.

3. Acceptable use of the site itself

You also agree not to:

• Automate requests, scrape the service, or run it through scripts or bots.
• Attempt to bypass the rate limits, submit addresses pointing at internal or private networks, or otherwise probe the service for weaknesses.
• Resell access to the service or present it as your own.
• Interfere with the service's operation or availability for other people.

4. No affiliation

AIO Downloader is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Instagram, TikTok, Meta, ByteDance or any other platform named on this site. All trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what a tool accepts.

5. Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable, slow or partially broken at any time, including because a platform has changed how it works. Tools may be added, altered or withdrawn without notice. Nothing here is offered with any promise of continuity.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any given link will work, that a download will be complete or correct, or that the service will be free of errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIO Downloader and anyone involved in operating it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. That includes any claim brought against you over content you downloaded. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to nothing beyond what you paid for it.
